Scope of services
Tidy Stack Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services — keeping your financial records clean, current, reconciled, and tax-ready. It is NOT a CPA firm and does NOT prepare or file tax returns, provide tax, investment, accounting attestation, or legal advice, or represent clients before any tax authority. For tax filing and strategy, work with a licensed CPA or tax professional; clean books make that engagement easier.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide bookkeeping services and to respond to inquiries — your name, contact details, business details, and limited or read-only access to your accounting software and bank feeds. We do not sell your data. Client data is handled with bank-level encryption, multi-factor authentication, and limited/read-only access to accounting and banking systems. Sensitive documents are exchanged through a secure portal, not email. Tidy Stack maintains a written data-handling policy.

Terms
Prices shown are illustrative monthly and project starting points for this template and vary by transaction volume, number of accounts, and scope. You always receive a written quote after a quick review before any work begins. No long-term contract is required. Engagements are described in a written scope you approve before work begins, are month-to-month after an initial start period, and may be paused or ended with reasonable notice. You retain ownership of your QuickBooks or Xero file at all times.
